All prices displayed on this website are exclusive of value-added tax (VAT), goods-and-services tax (GST), or sales tax. Applicable tax is calculated and added at checkout based on the billing address supplied by the customer. Customers in jurisdictions operating a reverse-charge mechanism (e.g. EU business customers supplying a valid VAT identification number) are responsible for self-accounting where required by local law.
Contracts are invoiced and settled in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed in a signed order form. Prices shown in EUR and GBP on the pricing page are indicative conversions intended to help readers estimate cost in their local currency; the amount charged is the USD amount converted by the customer's card issuer or payment provider at the prevailing rate on the transaction date.
We aim to resolve complaints directly through our support channels. Consumers resident in the European Union may also access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform. We are not obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but will consider doing so on a case-by-case basis.

Use of third-party marks on this site (e.g. Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, eBay, Walmart) is solely for the purpose of identifying compatibility and does not imply endorsement.
Except where a signed commercial agreement specifies otherwise, use of this website and of the Brik platform is governed by the law and courts specified in our Terms of Service, which apply to all paying customers and trial users.
