Cross-channel order aggregation — all your orders in one dashboard.

Getting Started

  1. Connect your stores— brik.order uses the same platform connections as brik.channel. If you've already connected Shopify or TikTok Shop, orders will be imported automatically.
  2. Go to Order Hub — Navigate to brik.order → Order Hub in the admin sidebar.
  3. View your orders— Orders are synced automatically from all connected platforms. You'll see them appear in the unified table.

How Order Sync Works

brik.order imports orders via a daily automated sync. For each connected Shopify store, it fetches orders from the last 48 hours and upserts them into the unified orders table. If an order already exists, its status and details are updated.

Orders include: order number, customer name & email, line items, total amount, currency, and fulfillment status.

Order Statuses

Open — Order placed but not yet paid.
Paid — Payment received, not yet shipped.
Shipped — Partially or fully fulfilled.
Delivered — All items fulfilled and delivered.
Cancelled — Order was cancelled.
Refunded — Full refund issued.

Revenue Analytics

The dashboard shows four KPIs: total orders, total revenue (excluding cancelled/refunded), items sold, and average order value. These update automatically as new orders sync.

Filtering Orders

Use the API to filter orders by platform, status, date range, or connection. The admin dashboard shows the most recent 100 orders by default.
