Sync your Shopify and TikTok Shop inventory automatically.

Getting Started

  1. Create an account — Sign up at brik.consulting/register.
  2. Connect Shopify — Go to brik.channel → Connectionsand click "Connect Shopify". Enter your Shopify store domain and authorize the app.
  3. Connect TikTok Shop— Click "Connect TikTok Shop" and authorize your TikTok seller account via OAuth.
  4. Create a sync pair — Go to brik.channel → Sync and create a new sync pair linking your Shopify and TikTok connections.

How Sync Works

  • Products are matched across platforms by SKU.
  • When inventory changes on Shopify, a webhook triggers an instant update on TikTok Shop.
  • A scheduled sync runs at 08:00 UTC daily to catch any missed updates.
  • If both platforms have conflicting changes, a sync conflict is created for your review.

Sync Directions

  • Shopify → TikTok Shop — Shopify is the source of truth.
  • TikTok Shop → Shopify — TikTok Shop is the source of truth.
  • Bidirectional — Changes on either platform sync to the other. Conflicts are flagged.

Resolving Conflicts

When a conflict is detected, you'll see it on the sync detail page. You can choose to:

  • Use Source — Apply the source platform's value.
  • Use Target — Apply the target platform's value.
  • Dismiss — Ignore the conflict.

Error Recovery

Failed webhook deliveries are automatically retried with exponential backoff (up to 3 attempts). The retry cron runs at 20:00 UTC daily. You can view delivery status in the sync detail page.
